These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the CoParent Sync mobile application. By creating an account or using the app, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.
You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into this agreement. The app is intended for parents, guardians and carers to coordinate the care of children.
You are responsible for keeping your login details secure and for all activity under your account. You must provide accurate information and are responsible for the content you and your family members add. You must have the right to share any information about a child that you enter.
CoParent Sync offers optional paid subscriptions: £7.99 per month or £79 per year. New families receive a 14-day free trial. Subscriptions are billed through your Apple App Store or Google Play account. Payment is charged at confirmation of purchase. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period; your account is charged for renewal within 24 hours before the period ends. You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time in your App Store or Google Play account settings. Except where required by law, payments are non-refundable, and refunds are handled by Apple or Google under their policies.
You agree not to misuse the app, including: uploading unlawful, harmful or infringing content; harassing other members; attempting to access data that is not yours; or interfering with the security or operation of the service. We may suspend or terminate accounts that breach these Terms.
You retain ownership of the content you add. You grant us a limited licence to store and process that content solely to provide the service to you and your family group. You are responsible for backing up anything you consider important.
The optional message-tone assistant provides automated suggestions only. It is not professional, legal or medical advice, and you are responsible for anything you choose to send.
The app is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that it will be uninterrupted, error-free or that stored content will always be available. CoParent Sync is a coordination tool and is not a substitute for professional legal, medical or financial advice.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages, or for loss of data or profits, arising from your use of the app. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
You may stop using the app and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or end your access if you breach these Terms or if we discontinue the service.
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction, unless local consumer law provides otherwise.
